THE POLICY OF QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND RESPONSIBILITY 'FOR SOCIAL CIRCUMVESUVIANA
CIRCUMVESUVIANA has the mission to ensure sustainable development and its land on which it operates through:

To accomplish its mission, CIRCUMVESUVIANA identified in ISO 9000:2000, ISO 14000:2004 and SA 8000 a guideline to inspire and bring out all the choices that affect quality, environmental impact and social responsibility.
The Integrated System is a tool that CIRCUMVESUVIANA uses to implement its mission, and this policy will summarizes the commitments:
efforts focused on customer satisfaction:
- the planning and implementation of services to meet the needs of users and stakeholders, within available resources the development,
- implementation, and monitoring business objectives by the management;
efforts focused on the communication:
- communication with customers and stakeholders in order to accept the demands;
- dissemination of the principles of social responsibility within the company, with suppliers, and outside;
- dissemination of knowledge of issues of environmental protection and safety and related technical and organizational disciplines, against persons involved in business activities;
- study how to disseminate the achievements in the environmental field;
efforts focused on regulatory compliance:
implementation of national laws, supra, and local and international conventions relating to staff management, with particular attention to regulatory procedures for updating and adjusting the subsequent activities;
efforts focusedon employee engagement:
- involvement, motivation and development of professionalism of all staff;
- attention to business climate;
- the implementation of a social nature for the improvement of living conditions of workers, even when external Circumvesuviana and especially when children, and disclosure to the principles of the standard SA8000
efforts focused on suppliers:
- the selection and monitoring of their suppliers in order to ensure the quality of products / services provided, is guaranteed the respect of ethical principles to which it conforms to the Group, are monitored in the environmental aspects of the activities of the provider,
- the request to the providers to to take their time commitment to respect and enforce the principles of Social Responsibility;
efforts focused on the environmental aspects:
the identification and evaluation of environmental aspects, the adoption of measures to reduce risks associated with the activities, prevention of accidents and / or potential accidental events and / or emergencies, saving energy, providing for corrective measures and recovery; reducing the environmental impact of activities managed in-house or outsourced;
efforts focused on continuous improvement:

- working conditions and actions in the field of Social Responsibility;

This policy is distributed to all persons who operate the farm or on its behalf and to all relevant social partners, through the tools of communication available to the company and the Charter for Mobility.
